We bring together years of hands-on experience, a passion for quality work, and a belief in honest, skilled, and client-focused building. Meet the Founders
Eli Farias
With over 7 years in the construction industry, he leads ERA Builders’ day-to-day operations, ensuring projects run smoothly and meet high-quality standards. As a member of the Atlantic Canada Regional Council of Carpenters, Millwrights & Allied Workers and an active Carpenter Apprenticeship student at Holland College PEI, he combines skilled craftsmanship with strong leadership to deliver reliable, efficient construction services across the Island.
Renato Alves
With a strong background in accounting, management, and business development, he oversees ERA Builders’ strategic growth and financial health. Bringing a keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence, he ensures the company delivers affordable, high-quality housing solutions in Prince Edward Island. His leadership drives collaboration between partners and fosters a customer-focused approach throughout every project.
Aline Ribeiro
Now a licensed real estate professional in PEI, she brings over a decade of experience in residential and commercial construction to ERA Builders. Her background as a civil engineer includes managing large-scale housing projects, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with high industry standards. While not active in day-to-day operations, her expertise supports ERA Builders’ mission to deliver well-built, reliable homes across Prince Edward Island.
